We hope you’ll be happy with your order but we understand you may wish to return items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:
- Unworn returned items must be done so within 14 days of your purchase. The items must include all original packaging and be in the same saleable condition as when sent to you. Any free gifts linked to the products must be returned unopened also.
- Please ring our shop on (01484) 766262 between the hours of 10am – 5pm from Monday to Friday, or email email@example.com to obtain a returns number and advise the reason for your return.
- We do not accept worn returns unless there is a manufacturing fault. Please ensure the shoes are a good fit before they are worn as we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing issue.
- Complete the returns form provided with your delivery and return with your items to the address below.
- Please make sure you enclose your original receipt and ensure your return is securely wrapped with your name and address clearly visible on the return.
- Goods remain your responsibility until we take safe delivery, so we recommend you obtain proof of delivery (ie. signed for) for your return as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. We will email/phone you to confirm receipt of delivery to us.
- Once we have receipt of the returns we will refund in full. Please note this will not include returned postage costs. This can take up to 5 working days.
